Speed & Agility - The difference between winning and losing.
As with all sports, speed and agility is most often the difference maker. Some believe you can’t teach speed but, at F5 we know you CAN teach speed!
Just like technology, athlete training is always evolving. Our speed and agility program is centered around the philosophy of proper fundamentals and technique. Our program will teach you how to get your body in the proper position and how to get it to react adequately. This alone makes an athlete faster, or as we say, more efficient.
The components of our program are: foot quickness, lateral movements (agility), power, balance, reaction, and of course speed. Indirectly, these training components make the athletes faster, quicker, and more ex-plosive.

We train and improve the speed and agility of athletes of every sport.
F5 Speed class is a combination of both Noramco High Speed Treadmill and Speed & Agility Training. Workouts are conducted on a team platform, or an individual basis.
These classes will improve your overall speed, quicken your lateral movements, increase your vertical jump and build endurance. For grades 5 to collegiate. Read more...

A combination of Noramco high-performance treadmill, land-based power, and speed/agility exercises. This class will drastically improve an athlete's overall speed, quicken lateral movements, increase vertical jump, and build endurance. For ages 11+
Speed & Agility
This group class is centered around the philosophy of proper fundamentals and technique. Workouts will teach the athlete how to put his/her body in the proper position to react in the best manner possible. This alone makes an athlete faster, or as we say, more efficient. For ages 7+

F5 Speed has done a great job of enhancing our student athletes speed. As coaches we are constantly encouraging our players to go the extra mile. We have had several of our players go through sessions with F5. The combination of stretching, over speed and resistance running has worked for our players. In one group last year our QB, TB and our 2 best receivers went thru a six week session and made noticeable improvements and went on to great senior seasons. I have seen the benefits as a coach and also as a dad with both my sons going thru sessions. My youngest son went thru a session before his senior year of football and was defiantly faster and more explosive and my older son has went through a couple of session to prepare for playing college basketball. F5 did a great job with my sons and our players with correcting, teaching and motivating. After you watch just a couple session you will be convinced like I am the training they receive will be beneficial to them as athletes.
