Speed & Agility Training
Speed & Agility - The difference between winning and losing.
As with all sports, speed and agility is most often the difference maker. Some believe you can’t teach speed but, at F5 we know you CAN teach speed!
Just like technology, athlete training is always evolving. Our speed and agility program is centered around the philosophy of proper fundamentals and technique. Our program will teach you how to get your body in the proper position and how to get it to react adequately. This alone makes an athlete faster, or as we say, more efficient.
The components of our program are: foot quickness, lateral movements (agility), power, balance, reaction, and of course speed. Indirectly, these training components make the athletes faster, quicker, and more ex-plosive.
FOOTBALL, BASEBALL, SOCCER, SOFTBALL, VOLLEYBALL, TRACK, AND YES, BASKETBALL...

What they say:
Coach Moore: It has been a pleasure to get to know you better this last week. I really like your coaching style and integrity. I am certain you have and will continue to make an impact on many young men and women’s lives.
This is really David’s only summer to improve enough to where he has even a chance to play school ball. He saw very limited play time at Heritage Hall last year. The coach’s main complaint was that David was not willing to work as hard as the other players. He has the capability but not the drive to beat someone else out that is willing to work hard. David needs to understand this concept or he will not play again next year.
We need to be tough on him this summer to see if he has the determination to work hard and realize there is some pain involved in improvement. I will support you in any manner you choose to do that. It is time for David to exert the effort to be able to play or not. This is the summer for that to happen. Again, it is a pleasure to have you as our coach.
Best of Luck - Brett Sanger.
